Experience the natural beauty of Arkansas in Hot Springs Village, spread across 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains with breathtaking vistas, sparkling lakes and lush forest. Hot Springs Village has a multitude of outdoor sports and recreation.  

Our community features a low cost of living, nine golf courses, and club sports such as tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce ball, lawn bowling and softball. Also enjoy our numerous lakes, three beaches, two marinas, 30 miles of nature trails, the fitness center with massage therapy, and indoor pool.

We have a mild climate, diverse age population, bike friendly, multiple schools and continuing educational opportunities nearby.

Friends and neighbors get together throughout the year for community events and holiday celebrations including dances, karaoke, our new Chef’s Table Series and more. The Woodlands Auditorium is the performing arts center and has musicals, dramas, and dance, vocal and choral presentations. Grove Park is an outdoor venue and home to the farmers’ market, artisan market, live outdoor concerts (such as Rock Porch Sessions and Rhythm Jams), holiday celebrations and community events.

  Club sports fans can play tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, lawn bowling or join the new senior softball league. Families enjoy the playground equipment at DeSoto Family Recreation Area and indoor pool at the Fitness Center.

Surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest, the Ouachita Mountains and numerous lakes, rivers and streams, Hot Springs Village has easy access to some of the best mountain trails, wilderness areas and waterways in the state. Kayaking, hiking, paddle boarding, biking and motorcycle riding are all popular pastimes here.
